Angry group protests at Hee’s centre

my little point of view:

In the general election March 10 2008, most Perak voters voted according to the parties they represent - not the candidate. To be fair, the wisest decision would be a by election.

A deliberate appointment of a new state government by force, and illegal removal of Perak Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Mohamad Nizar Jamaluddin by Sultan Azlan Shah (pursuant to Article 16 (6) of the state constitution, was clearly ultra vires the provision of that article) reveals the real political mission in Malaysia - rivalry above people's welfare.

Are we a still a democratic nation?

YOU DECIDE.

IPOH: News of Jelapang assemblyman Hee Yit Foong quitting the DAP to become an Independent hs turned her into a target of harassment by Pakatan Rakyat supporters.

Around noon, a handful of DAP members and supporters turned up at Hee’s service centre along Jalan Simpang to put up a banner that reads: “Betrayer of Jelapang voters, Betrayer of Perak people” in several languages. The group left at about 12.30pm.

Meanwhile, there were rumours at about 4pm that Hee’s house had been broken into and that red paint had been splashed across her walls.

A check on the residence, however, showed that the double-storey terrace house was intact with the doors and windows closed.
