Some uncivilized sicko is running around town frightening people with anonymous "letters".The police should investigate and find out who's the person behind this. To find the writer isn't hard - esp when he's HAND-WRITTEN it. Smart guy. I've watched CSI, hong kong investigation movies.. and this sort of case is a bottom (simplest) one.
1. get the thumbprints.
2. it's possible to trace individuals through their hand writings.
3. thru the language and it's accent- they can narrow down their search.
btw.. possibly there are thumbprints on the bottles too.
Catch the culprits! Then catch the person WHO INSTRUCTED THEM TO DO IT.
