Le tour de langkawi

since d first day in UWL.. we've been lookin for loopholes sumwhere in the middle of our practical here.. to visit langkawi.. hey, y not? d return tickets cost us more th RM100! our plan worked out almost fine coz Dr Yus agreed to give us half day off (till 1pm, tat is) on saturday (our last day of practical! yahoo..). I would have defined it as "worked out great" have Dr gave us a full day off instead. hehe.. anyway.. we're already thrilled with satisfaction w this little privelege.

we rented a car at RM50 at friday evening, after work, n visited langkawi cable car (a superb, wonderful visit, not to be missed by anyone in langkwi! not even if ur height phobia, coz the view up thr is just so magnificient, MARVELOUS! wow..not to mention d strong cool gushes of wind), we couldnt locate Black Sand Beach, despite searchng for it for quite a distance, coz nite was fallin liao.. found a Black Sand Beach Resort, but then the sand aint black. nvrtheless, we visited a local nite market thr.. then took a wrong turn to Tanjung Rhu!

tell u.. tanjung rhu is another must-visit in langkawi! d beach is soOoOoOooo wide! i've never seen one as such in my entire life! too sad it was almost 9pm, with no aid of light, not even starlight, moonlight, it was mere darkness.. except for the white reflection of the sand..n we could hear the loud splashes of the violent waves.. so dared not walk too far.. i couldnt even see the sea! the beach was tat widE! thr were many stories abt tanjung rhu too.. an interestig place to visit. Ting longed to watch eagle feeding thr.. but at 9pm?? next time haaaa...
