sun or moon?


I snapped this pic at UPM. Now, question #1: Is tat a sun or a moon?

Q # 2: Which part of UPM is this??

    hehe.. the answer to the second Q was, it was taken at the cross junction at KPZ, PK and K13. the one with the tiled, curvy walk way. I was cycling tat day, n suddenly saw the moon peculiarly large n beautiful, hence grabbed my cam, n there you are! ;) it was 7.15pm. i think it's about 2cm large from my eye-view.the normal size is only abt 7.5mm or so..
